Crumb and Associates is a professional business plan-consulting firm that
offers a variety of services that will fit your budget. From a free
business plan tutorial to full business plan development you can find the
service that fits your budget.
In addition to the many valuable free resources you will find on this site
we also offer a number of fee based services designed to help companies
through the start-up and growth stages of company development.
We assist with business plan development, strategic planning, debt
financing, equity financing, development and implementation of financial
controls and reporting, preparation of financial projections, and other
similar consulting type services.
Our
approach is to focus on the long term success of the company. We
look at each assignment with the idea of adding real value that will
translate to business success. When writing a business plan our goal
is to assist you in developing winning strategies, not just convince a
bank and investor to invest in you.
Knowing
that our target market is usually low on resources, we provide ways for
our clients to access high quality consulting services at the lowest
possible fees. To accomplish this we provide many do it yourself
tutorials designed to allow the client to complete much of the assignment
by themselves and engage us only when they need help completing the task.
We
currently have a tutorial for "Write Your Own" page,
designed to assist clients in writing their own business plan. It
provides a suggested outline and tips on how to write each
section.
We
will soon be adding a manual titled "Keeping Financial Control For
Early Stage Companies (A matter of Focus and Discipline)". This
manual will provide advise on how an emerging company can keep
financial control of their company. It will be complete with recommended accounting policies
and procedures. Don't allow the fast growth and many challenges that
accompany fast growth cause your company to loose control of its
finances. Check back for this addition to the website (expected
addition 10/1/02).
